Paul is experienced in project development, transaction management, procurement (construction), FEED, detailed design & construction, testing and commissioning and operations project phases.

Paul is a senior project professional who has worked at the front-end of delivery as a Senior Project Manager for 15 years and as a Senior Commercial Manager for the last 7 years. Paul draws on his extensive experience as an SPM and utilises his thorough understanding of major project delivery to offer pragmatic commercial solutions which balance the Principal’s position against the need to maintain delivery momentum and recognise legitimate project change. 

Paul has gained the majority of his experience in the transport (light rail, rail, roads and bridges) and power sectors, and has also worked in mining and water. Paul has an ability to interface between forward-facing management, delivery and technical teams as well as backward-facing teams such as legal, forensic planners and subject matter experts to demystify complex issues and communicate these to Executive level.
